I offer one-hour appointments throughout the week, including some evenings and weekends. My hourly rate is $130 (including GST) for individuals and $150 (including GST) for couples or families, which follows the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors guidelines (link). I also offer an initial half-hour consultation (in person or by phone) for free. If you are a lower-income family and cost is an issue, please feel free to bring this up.
I work with most age groups, and I see individuals, couples and families. I mainly focus on relationship, parenting, and separation or divorce issues. However, I have commonly seen clients with the following concerns: anxiety, depression, addictions, self-harm issues, crisis intervention, work-related problems, stress management, self-esteem issues, and children with special needs.
